Know before you go

A Snow Man weekend reaches beyond the dome: in 2024 the city subway added six extra round trips after the shows — twice the year before — and TNC reported a rush of bookings at a ramen shop the members had eaten at. Bad fit for: Anyone hoping for a quiet Fukuoka weekend

The fan club is closed to anyone living abroad: FAMILY CLUB does not accept overseas addresses, and a Japan-based proxy cannot apply for you. Bad fit for: Overseas fans who do not yet hold a ticket

What regulars do

Don't plan to leave Fukuoka the same night. Star Flyer's last flight to Haneda leaves at 21:05 all winter, and on the current timetable the last Shinkansen from Hakata that reaches Shin-Osaka leaves at 21:09 — both before a 17:00 show is likely to be over. Check your own airline, but plan on a night in Fukuoka. Stay on the Airport Line. Tenjin and Hakata are both on it, and the last train from Tojinmachi to Hakata leaves at 0:33 on Friday and Saturday, 0:08 on Sunday. (How we know: Tojinmachi's Airport Line timetable, weekday, Saturday and Sunday.)

Take the direct bus in. On event days the dome's operator runs buses from the Tenjin and Hakata bus terminals to the dome — an alternative to the 15-minute walk from Tojinmachi. (How we know: The dome's access page.)
