Watching Ginzan and Obanazawa-area ryokan for the snowy winter townscape at Ginzan Onsen.
Watched nights: dates to be announced. Base: Ginzan Onsen. This event is watched on demand: tap resume on the page to start it, and the instant a highly-rated hotel frees up (a cancellation), Aki alerts you with a one-click Rakuten Travel booking link.
Ginzan Onsen is a tiny hot-spring street of just a dozen-odd Taisho-era wooden ryokan along the river — sometimes called Japan's hardest onsen to book. Its snow-and-gaslamp winter scenery is a social-media and inbound magnet, and winter weekends stay full three to six months out.
Winter weekends and holidays fill early. Cancellations ("revived" rooms) surface around last-minute free-cancellation deadlines — weekdays and the wider Obanazawa area improve your odds.
